Some of the advantages of wireframing include speed, flexibility, and limited distractions. Some of the disadvantages involve low-fidelity, limited collaboration, no standardization, it can be not as interactive, and it can be ugly.
I think a sketching/lo-fi wireframing style would work best for my project because for me personally since that would be the best way for me focus more on the ideas for my website rather than navigating an application that would help me make the wireframe. Also, during my brainstorming phase I tend to make designs more simple because if I make it too complex and complicated. It also gives me less space for changes I want to make and I end up going overboard on one sole design. Overall, I think the sketching and lo-fi approach would let me map out my project in the most efficient and cleanest way possible.
