Framing your project in a story format can allow you to understand the clear goal and purpose you have in mind for your project. It allows you to link elements together and create something more meaningful than just a generic website that doesn't stand out at all. By creating a story format for you project, you can create fictional representations of the user that it's based off of, allowing you to emphasize and understand their needs. Film and video games are a good example of being able to deliver experiences that influence people in an emotional way. We can use story telling techniques to create an interaction between the user and the website, both behaviorally and emotionally which also allows for data to be communicated in a more entertaining way.
